1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location and the type of product. It usually takes between 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the shipping status.

2. Can I change my order after purchase?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we are unable to make any changes to it. However, if you need to make a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will check if an adjustment is still possible.

3. How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to the tracking portal. This allows you to view the current status of your delivery at any time.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only offer delivery in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. We cover the shipping costs.

5. Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Yes, during the order process you can specify a delivery address of your choice. Please ensure that all details are correct as we will ship the order to the address you provide.

6. What happens if an item is sold out?

If an item is sold out, we will try to get it back in stock as quickly as possible. You can sign up for a notification to be informed when the item is back in stock.

7. How can I make a return or exchange?

If you are not satisfied with an item or would like to exchange it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will offer you either a refund or an exchange, subject to availability.

8. Are all the products on your website original?

Yes, all the products we offer are new and original. We work with reputable suppliers to ensure you receive high quality and authentic products.
